Our hotel is located inside closed yards. For safety reasons during the night entrance to the yards is restricted. Passage to the hotel from the side of Moyka river is closed from 23.00 until 7.00. Passage to the hotel from the side of Bolshaya Konyushennaya street is closed from 23.00 until 7.00.
During the night, you can access the yards and the hotel ONLY from Bolshaya Konyushennaya street. To do so you need to use the code: “B8300B” for the code pad located to the right of the black doors(first doors at the street).

The guest is responsible for paying their bill. The guest also assumes the responsibility to pay their bill, in cases when a responsible body or a company does not pay the costs of their stay. According to the Russian Federation Government Decision on 09.10.2015 № 1085 Об утверждении Правил предоставления гостиничных услуг в Российской Федерации» the guest assumes the responsibility for paying the fees in cases of loss or damage of hotel’s property. All prices are set in rubles. The payment can be done using major credit and debit cards or cash. The value of the room does not include the VAT. The customer is required to pay the fee of the price for one-night stay in cases when the booking is cancelled not according to the regulation.

The guest confirms that they know about smoking ban inside the hotel, which is an extension of the paragraph 5 article 12 Federal Law from 23.02.2013 № 15-ФЗ. Smoking, including but not limited to using electronic cigarettes, vapes, smoke generators, and other forms of smoking inside hotel rooms, public and staff areas of the hotel, including the stairs and balconies is against the policy. Consequently a guest who smokes is responsible for paying 5000 rub for dry cleaning of the room that is necessitated by removal of the consequences of fire alarm’s response
